Sandfords Property Management allocates every client their own dedicated Property Manager to provide the service their tenants expect. Rents are collected and administered efficiently, issues are dealt with promptly and courteously and inspections are made regularly to ensure both that the tenant is happy and the property is being respected.

We go the extra mile, ensuring that your property is well looked after from the moment you instruct us and keeping everything going that may occasionally fail, including operating an after hours/weekend emergency maintenance line.
